Jon Cummings (aka "Yikes") is a former programmer of Motor City Online. He tried to buy the source code of MCO from Electronic Arts to let the game stay alive. The first offer has been refused. The second one, which was because of an investor four-times bigger, also has been refused with the reason that MCO uses ressources and libraries which are also built in in EA games, and EA does not want to sell this.
