Game Critics Award - The Winners	Dienstag, 23.06.2009
As recently reported Need for Speed Shift was nominated in the category "Best Racing Game" at the Game Critics Awards. Today the winners were announced and unfortunately the game Split/Second by Black Rock/Disney Interactive Studios won the award. This doesn't say much about the game yet, because from all Need for Speed games only Need for Speed 3 in 1998 and Motor City in 2000 (which had earlier the name Need for Speed: Motor City) could win in this category... Well, a nomination is also a good thing. To be honest, I'm much more excited about S/S than Shift. Yeah, maybe I'm a traitor but I just think NFS is going the way it shouldn't. We'll see when it comes out.
